SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. The total delivery time consists of two parts:

1. Fulfillment Time (Order Processing)

This is the time required to prepare and pack your order before shipping.

  • 1 – 10 products: 2 full working days
  • 11 – 100 products: Up to 7 full working days
  • 100+ products: Up to 12 full working days
  • 1000+ products: 30–60 working days (bulk orders)

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Regions

The shipping time depends on the destination country and the selected shipping method. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Estimated shipping times vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.

We currently ship only to the European Union (EU), the United States (US), and the United Kingdom (UK). Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to other regions at this time. If a product cannot be shipped to your location due to specific regulations, this will be indicated at checkout.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and total package weight.

  • Prices are determined by the shipping carrier.
  • The final shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your order.

We reserves the right to modify shipping rates without prior notice. We strive to provide the best possible service, which is why we regularly evaluate and adjust shipping costs to ensure fair and competitive pricing. These adjustments may be caused by changes in courier service fees, fuel prices, or other operational factors.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. If you do not receive tracking information within the estimated processing time, please contact us at contact@sylvocean.com.


DELIVERY ISSUES

1. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by the courier or customs. However, if your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking the package.

2. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

3. Customs & Import Fees

Depending on your country’s regulations, customs fees or import taxes may apply. Sylvocean is not responsible for these additional charges. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check their country’s import policies before ordering.
