ARE SYLVOCEAN PRODUCTS FREE FROM SULFATES, PARABENS, MICROPLASTICS, SILICONES, AND MINERAL OIL?
Every SYLVOCEAN formula is free from parabens, mineral oils, silicones, PEGs, chemical UV filters, microplastics, synthetic fragrances, and artificial colorants.
We do not use harsh sulfates like sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) in our formulas. The only sulfate we use is sodium coco sulfate (SCS), a milder alternative derived from coconut oil. It is COSMOS-certified and does not penetrate the skin, making it significantly less irritating than SLS. We source only the purest, high-performance ingredients, meticulously chosen to elevate your skin’s natural resilience while respecting the integrity of our planet. No compromises. WHAT ALLERGENS DO SYLVOCEAN PRODUCTS CONTAIN?
Some of our products contain naturally occurring fragrance allergens such as: limonene, linalool, citral, citronellol, geraniol, eugenol.
For customers with sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend checking the ingredient list on each product page. Products that are allergen-free will be labeled accordingly.

Unfortunately, no. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled due to our automated processing system. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders are processed within 2 business days for small quantities. Larger orders may take up to 7 days. Shipping times depend on your location and selected delivery method.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently ship only to the European Union (EU), the United States (US), and the United Kingdom (UK). Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to other regions at this time. If a product cannot be shipped to your location due to specific regulations, this will be indicated at checkout.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR DELAYED?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At SYLVOCEAN, we accept returns only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact contact@sylvocean.com within 7 days of delivery, providing a photo and brief description of the issue. Once reviewed, we will process a replacement, exchange, or refund to your original payment method.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. If you experience an unexpected skin reaction, we recommend discontinuing use and reaching out to us—we’re here to assist.
