RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Sylvocean, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
We only accept refund or replacement requests if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an issue on our end. If this happens, please contact us at contact@sylvocean.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing:
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Your order number as proof of purchase.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund to the original payment method.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that are not defective or damaged.
- Orders placed by mistake or due to a change of mind.
- Products that have been used or opened, unless they arrived damaged.
- Orders that were delivered correctly as per your request.
MISSING OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive the wrong item or an incomplete order, please contact us at contact@sylvocean.com within 7 days of delivery.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by the courier. However, if your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, we will do our best to assist you in tracking it.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
To start a claim for a damaged or incorrect product, email us at contact@sylvocean.com with the required information. Refunds and replacements are processed on a case-by-case basis.
